Our restaurant will spoil you with freshly prepared dishes made from local products and cultivation. Fresh wild herbs and Austrian specialties according to season (strawberries, wild garlic, asparagus, chanterelles, fish, game etc.) give our dishes the distinctive taste. The Danube does not only provide you a great view, it also does its culinary bit. As a specialty of our restaurant we serve self-drawn trout’s, which are caught fresh every day – served fried or smoked

Our senior chef de cuisine Hubert Ledermüller has been part of the Schlingen Team since 37 years and knows the culinary highlight and secrets of reginal food and its preparation. He receives great support by our second chef de cuisine - Alois Grufeneder. The luxury of a second chef is something that supports our quality and we think that our guests only deserve the very best. The knowledge of old and new are bringing up a great variety of menus, that serve traditional as well as lovers of creative food combinations.
